Reservation Process for booths & tables

The following items can be reserved:

  • Interior Table (10% discount when renting eight tables or more.)
  • Wall Table (10% discount when renting eight tables or more.)
  • 10X10 Booth
  • Additional Booth Tables
  • Electric Drop for Interior Tables,
    Wall Tables, & Booths

Reservations Process

  1. On-Line Reservations page to pick your items.
  2. Cart page to review the items you selected. You can remove items or go back to select additional items.
  3. Checkout page to review your order, total cost, & provide your information (name, address, phone, email, etc.).
  4. Payment page to pay with a credit card or PayPal.
    You will receive a email receipt when you complete your order & payment.

The following item can be purchased:  Vendor/Swapper General Admission Ticket

During Checkout you will be required to:

  • List the person(s) full name for the One General Admission Ticket per Each Table Ordered or Two General Admission Ticket for 10X10 Booth.
  • List the person(s) full name for each Vendor/Swapper General Admission Ticket purchased.

Additional Booth Tables: Booth tables are only available for Booths. Can not be rented separately. You need to have a booth reservation in your Cart before adding a Booth Table. Add the booth to your Cart 1st, then come back to select booth table.

Electric Drop for Interior Tables, Wall Tables, & Booths: Electric Drop are only available for Tables & Booths for both days. Can not be rented separately. You need to have a table or booth reservation in your Cart before adding a Electric Drop. Add a table or booth to your Cart 1st, then come back to select Electric Drop.
