Unloading/Loading/Parking Instructions for Swappers & Vendors (updated 4/9/2022)

Loading & Unloading for Swappers & Vendors

  • Must have a wrist band to enter after check in.
  • Hold on to your silicone wristbands, you’ll need it to re-enter the building and to enter on Saturday morning.
  • When you checked in you were given a small card to fill out for our grand prize drawing, the information you provide will also allow us to keep you informed of future shows. Please include your e-mail address and drop it in the bucket on the stage.
  • Wingmasters’ members will help you unload and find your table so you don’t feel overwhelmed with unpacking and registering!
  • Friday only Swappers, please plan to have your merchandise loaded by 7:00PM
  • Friday and Saturday Swappers & Vendors, please plan to have your merchandise out of the building 90 minutes after Auction closes.
  • Sales are discouraged before the doors are opened to the public.
  • Optional, Thursday evening setup available by appointment. Call Paul @ (937) 361-7696.

Parking Instructions for Swappers & Vendors

  • No parking in grass or in loading/unloading area.
  • Must park in Swappers/Vendors parking area.
  • Handicap parking area for Swappers/Vendors as shown in map below.
    • No Trailers in Handicap Parking Area.
