2025 Dayton ModelRama Sponsorship

Why should you consider becoming a Sponsor of Dayton Modelrama? There are two primary reasons,

First; By being a sponsor you’re supporting an event that brings together the RC and modeling community, it keeps our hobby vibrant and promotes it’s continued growth.
Second; Dayton Modelrama is a cost-effective solution to get in front of your customers and potential future customers.

There are four Sponsorship Levels for you to consider.

  • Includes two 10X10 Booths, including drapes and backdrops ($230 Value), also includes tables and chairs for both days.
  • Electricity if required.
  • Prominent positioning of your logo on the Dayton Modelrama webpage, including links to your website and booth location.
  • Large Banner with your logo (includes custom message) and booth numbers that will be displayed as patrons enter the building. Only your name will appear on the banner. With your input, Dayton Modelrama will provide the banner.
  • Audio & Video interview that will allow you to present the value of your company. Video will be hung on our website after the event, you’ll also receive a copy.
  • Frequent call outs by Modelrama announcer – your name, booth number and any custom messaging.
  • Includes one 10X10 Booths, including drapes and backdrops ($115 Value), also includes tables and chairs for both days.
  • Electricity if required.
  • Your logo on the Dayton Modelrama webpage, including links to your website and booth location.
  • Audio & Video interview that will allow you to present the value of your company. Video will be hung on our website after the event .
  • Your logo and name will appear with other sponsors on a banner as patrons enter the buildings.
  • Call outs by Modelrama announcer – your name, booth number and any custom messaging.
  • Your logo will appear with other sponsors on the Dayton Modelrama webpage, including links to your website and booth / table location.
  • Audio & Video interview that will allow you to present the value of your company. Video will be hung on our website after the event .
  • Your logo and name will appear with other sponsors on a banner as patrons enter the buildings.
  • Call outs by Modelrama announcer – your name, booth / table number and custom messaging.
  • Donate one or more door prizes valued at $100 or more and you’ll be recognized as an Affiliate Sponsor.
  • Your logo will appear with other Affiliate Sponsors on the Dayton Modelrama webpage, including your booth location.
  • Your logo and name will appear with other Affiliate Sponsors on a banner as patrons enter the main building.
  • As your donated item is announced as a door prize, there will be a callout by the Modelrama announcer – that includes your name, booth number and any custom messaging.
  • Additional $100 door prizes will result multiple announcer call outs.
